I play centermid in soccer. I often need some good movves/tricks to get past defenders. The moves are often too hard. Do you know a good easy one that gets past defenders alot?

Kick the ball past them and run past them and get it? It's a game of football it doesn't always mean skills passing is a center mid's game just focus on that.

An accurate pass will always do this. Speak to your team members, especially midfield partners and whoever is along the wings. Tell them if you're pressured in midfield you'll find an outlet pass to whoever is best placed. You could also tell them that once you've passed to them you'll run into space (preferably forward) to receive the ball back from them. Beautiful and effective football is created by a whole team playing this way. One-on-one is usually too risky unless you know you're faster, quicker thinking or more skilled than your opponent. It's a truth that no single player can get the ball off two or three opposition players if they know what they're doing and pass quickly and accurately.
