    In California the answer is no. The only vehicle allowed to be touched is the one they have the Repo order for. If they move another vehicle they could be charged with Grand Theft Auto!

    yes we can move it.. how can you prove otherwise. also there is no intent to steal the car so you cant be charged. its al about the lawyers
