Why can't men see that beige, cream, peach, coffee etc are all different colours.

it is the same thing with tools, most women can't tell the difference between a 3" screwdriver and a 9" screwdriver.

Peaches and cream with coffee sounds more like a menu than colours to me, what on earth is beige? Did you mean bagel??????

I actually can't tell the difference between cream and beige...so, we can let that one slide, I think.

okay, i'm gonna have to say that you are making a generalization that isn't true. maybe it applies to some men, but i don't even think it applies to the majority of them! i recall having a number of men in my art classes who could correctly identify various colors & shades of colors... don't you remember bob ross?!

Those are all tan colors, aren't they? lol.

The guys who are into art or window treatments probably know those shades. The rest of us simply don't care about those colors. If it isn't red, blue, green, yellow, brown, black, white or grey its TAN.

As a male artist I can tell the difference between 20 shades or more of just beige.I think it is a misnomer and either sex has the inability to not notice subtle changes in color without much concentration.
