Well this depends on how you will use the device. I you want it to get on the internet anywhere, get the N810.It has WiFi, and the new WiMax version uses Sprint's 802.16 wireless version instead of the standard 802.11. It also has bluetooth, which can be used to connect to a bluetooth-enabled cellphone to get on the internet anywhere you have cellular service. The device is compact and able to fit in a pocket, and it has a 4.13" screen with an 800x480 resolution which is very good for mobile browsing. The N810 has GPS which has its obvious advantages. Another feature is a front facing 1.3 MP camera, which can take pictures for blogs and connect to the various video messaging applications included on the N810. The N810, contrary to popular belief, can also have an office suite. Many downloadable applications from the Operating System website are availabe, including a word processor, spreadsheet maker, and presentation veiwer. The N810 is also stylish looking and includes a touch screen and a sliding qwerty keyboard in a small $400 device. The Eee PC is a better device for people such as students or businessmen that are mobile often. The better versions of the Eee PC, the ones that include the Atom processor and are worth their price, includes full, not trial, office suites such as Open Office and Microsoft Works. The larger screen and keyboard make it much easier to get work done and still have time to surf the web with up to 7 hours of battery life in some models. The Eee PC does lack quality connection capabilities as it does not have bluetooth to connect to phones. The Eee PC is good though, for people on a budget who need a full functioning computer, like college students, highly mobile businessmen who need a comfortable way to create all the various documents the have to make wherever they are, or younger children maybe not ready for an actual computer yet, but want to stay in touch with friends while parents are sure nothing will happen due to the very difficult to break solid state drive, strong screen, and complicated software most young children could not get through. So, long story short, if you want a mobile device that has many great features in a small, stylish, cheap device, get the N810. If you need a computer that can last long without charging, can comfortably and easily create magnificent documents while still being able to go online, or need a mobile computer but don't want to fork over $700 for a full sized laptop and still want the raw power, get the Eee PC(recommending the Eee PC 1000, $480).
