If it were me it would be cat food but then I am not a great fan of turkey but the cat is!

Shred it up and add barbecue sauce, to make turkey sloppy Joe's.

Remember that stuff they used to serve in the high school cafeteria. You put down a slice of Wonderbread. Then put the left over turkey on top of the bread. Pour gravy all over it(beef gravy, because the cafeteria did not discriminate.) Slap another piece of bread on top. Hit it with more gravy. Serve it with french fries or mashed potatoes. LET'S GET FAT!!!

Add some veggies and cream sauce and put it in a pie shell with a top and you've got turkey pot pie. Add green chilies and some onion and tomatillos and you can make turkey chili. Coconut milk and curry powder and instant curry turkey over rice. Add cream sauce or left over gravy, mushrooms onions and serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Mix it with mayo and raw veggies for turkey salad, even adding a bit of curry powder and some apples for a turkey curry salad.

After you've make the sandwiches, salad, etc. boil the carcus for stock-throw in some vegies and make soup. Their shouldn't be anything left but the gobble.
