If there is a tie and you roll for a tie breaker, if someone rolls a bunko, does it count as a bunko, or does it just count as 3 points?

I beleive it counts as a Bunko

If you are sitting at one of the lower tables, and the tiebreaker is to see who wins at that table, any bunko's rolled do count. If you're talking about a tie, such as to determine who won a prize or something like that, then no.
