I haven't personally, but my neighbour did. Since they moved in they have had to replace all of their appliances, fix a broken water heater, have a new pump for their pool and replace their A/C unit. Their home warranty covered absolutely everything, with no problems and no questions asked. She was just telling me the other day that without the warranty they would have been in real trouble!
