You can do w/e the heck u wanna do, and usually that's the case with your heart. Best friends make awsome partners, but I think things workout better when both people are at a more mature level and feel the same way of course.

Well me personally no because I am a straight male. For a female though or a male who is into other men I see no reason why not. The best relationships always start out as friends first.They slowly build until it gets to the point where hopefully neither can deny their feelings for the other. Relationships that start off as friendships first usually have a much better chance of lasting alot longer than those that started straight off as romantic relationships.

yes, i don't see why not. However you have to evaluate weather you want to try and presue it and possibly loose that friendship if, A: he does not feel the same way B: it works for a while and then it ends. You have to make that decision. Go with your gut.

absolutely, mostly I find because most guys onkly approach you because they like you. and being comfortable around a guy makes it easier. guys friends are great, easy going and good guy friends are easy to trutst and rely on (unlike majority of most guys) thats why its so easy to fall for a good guy friend. does not mean things will work out perfect tho

I did and it got messy. We actually crossed the line a couple of times after drinking and now we do not talk at all. I learned my lesson there....

I was in love with my best friend for many years who is a guy. But that was after we dated and then broke up. It took me a long time to let go of him. but it was obvious and the torment over it was mine alone and we both understood that and delt with it. We are still friends but I dont love him like that anymore and haven't in years.

Of course it's possible, but it doesn't happen often enough. True love, they say, is a friendship that's caught fire. And woe to those who get into a relationship with someone whom, deep down, they really don't like.
