Hm, what you're describing sounds like more of a job for Access than Word. You should be able to import your spreadsheet into Access and design a report to give you exactly what you need.

If you select all the cells you want and copy them to the clipboard (Control/c) you can then paste them into Word. It will paste as a table, but you can get rid of the table by clicking anywhere in it and using the Table/Convert/Table to Text menu item.

It's in Excel now, right? I'm not sure if you actually need to go into Word at all. Here's how I would do it: â–º Format all the rows as required â–º Select row 1, from the first to the last column with data â–º Select File > Print Area > Set Print Area â–º Select File > Print Preview â–º Select Setup > Fit to 1 pg wide x 1 pg tall â–º Select Setup > Landscape â–º Print â–º Repeat for each row You can use Excel's Macro function to repeat the above steps for you.
