Do any of you get offended when somebody says "bless you," or "God bless" after you sneeze? Why?

I used to, but then I realized, you really can't know if someone believes in god or not- so just do what you do. It's the nice intentions that count anyway, right? Now, I actually appreciate that they care enough to say something at all. Personally, I don't say it very often- being agnostic/athiest (I'm on the fence) and all, but really- it's just words.
