Should there be a way to repost a question without answering it? Because once a question is a few hours old, the odds of it being answered seem to drop greatly...

Yes, if there were a recycle function or automatic reposting after a few days, it would be nice.

So people don't abuse the "re-post", my suggestion would be to limit the number of questions you can "re-post" in a certain time period.

I totally agree that AB needs some better policy than just deleting duplicate questions. How about if you make a significant edit, the question will be seen as new?
