Actually, it's all in the mind, according to a couple of interviews I've read. One porn star says when he feels like he's getting too close, he thinks about things like moldy sandwiches and other gross stuff to back it off a little. Don't forget, there's also a ton of editing and whatnot in porn movies. What you see is probably NOT a realistic depiction of the real-time experience. Another possibility is that male porn stars have sex dozens of times a day for their job. They probably become pretty desensitized to it, which means it may take them longer to finish.

They don't. It's done in multiple takes. Sorry to ruin your perception of it, but they don't actually last that long. Quite a few of them have to take a break to get hard again actually, because they lose their erection...
