Maybe it's a side effect of your broken Caps Lock key?....;-D... Anyway, assuming that the radiator, thermostat and heater core are all OK, it's probably one of two things: 1) You have an air pocket in the cooling system. On some cars, it is difficult to fully 'bleed' the cooling system of air. You might try bleeding the system with the front end of the car jacked up so that the radiator is the highest point in the cooling system. 2) The heater control valve (which controls the flow of hot water into the heater core) is stuck closed or otherwise malfunctioning. Good luck.
