  • Runoff water from a mountain stream of course, especially if it's cold during the summer time.
  • To date, distilled water is the best kind of water to drink when fasting or cleansing the body due to its so-called ‘inherent’, magnetic properties. Distilled water has the ability to absorb larger mounts of toxins and flush them out of the body. The believed value of mineral water is a ‘misconception’. The inorganic minerals are like large boulders to the cellular membrane; making it very hard to assimilate. Thus, making distilled water the best choice when going on a fast.
  • If you have access to a good clean natural spring water, that's the best. Think of natural water that hasn't gone through any process or handling the least. If you are interested in the properties of water, enjoy this website that discusses the healing of water and other really interesting things. I never knew that our emotions can actually get into water and change or purify the water. Fascinating:-) http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/ephoto.html https://www.hado.net/
  • 1) I would drink tap water, but I must say we have a very good one from the Alps in Munich. It is about the same as spring water. Alternatively, "Heilwasser" (Healing water) such as "Fachingen" would be very valuable, I think. http://www.lahntal-zimmervermietung.de/lahn_englisch/cont_fachingen.html 2) Here some information about the healing power of water: http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/water.htm 3) "Water Fasting Tips Avoid water straight from the faucet. Distilled water is the best for cleansing because of its inherent, magnetic properties and ability to absorb and suspend large quantities of toxins, flushing them from the body. The perceived value of mineral water is misleading because the inorganic minerals are like huge boulders to the cellular membranes, making them impossible to assimilate. Plants are able to break down the minerals from the soils, allowing them to be completely absorbable to the cells of the body. The best water is distilled, secondly, spring or filtered. There are no calories or nutritional value in water. On a water fast you have given your body no options but to turn to itself for fuel. This can create a problem when you have spent years depositing counterfeit fuel. Living exclusively on dirty fuel during a fast takes tremendous courage & strength. To ease into water fasting some recommend juice fasting with periods of water fasting. For example 3 days on juice, 2 days on water, 5 days on juice, then 3 days on water. You can juice when you have to work and water fast on the weekend when you can rest. Water Fasting Concerns It is not advisable to water fast under the conditions of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, schizophrenia or a chronic heart condition. If you have existing conditions it is best if you consult with a fasting expert and/or be monitored throughout your fast. Be careful of dizziness and black outs. The heart is resting as much as it can during water fasting. Before you stand up, take one or two deep breaths to get the heart pumping. If you start to black out, sit down or crouch down on one knee. This will immediately stop the dizziness." When water and salt combined, they form a new dimension, Sole (So-Lay). Sole is Alive! It’s the fundamental mineral infusion for your body. You can replace electrolytes and balance your energy simply and naturally by drinking a Sole solution each day. The sole is an excellent product for balancing the pH factor of your body. With the sole, one can also get rid of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, amalgam and calcium because the crystal salt is able to break up their molecular structures. Mankind originally emerged from the sea. So we, so to speak, still carry sea water in our veins; the chemical and mineral composition of our blood and saline fluids have an amazing similarity to sea water. And when we are an embryo in our mother's womb, we are encased in a sack filled with a saline fluid which is in some ways identical to sea water. Sea water contains 84 mineral elements. These same 84 mineral elements are found in our bodies." So which one is healthiest and why? On the world-wide web there are thousands of sites claiming that their water is the healthiest water." "1.) Healthy drinking water has a “high” surface tension 2.) Lowered surface tension only exists in “sick” unhealthy rivers, etc. 3.) Healthy drinking water has a pH between 5.8 -6.8 & and contains organically bound minerals. 4.) Healthy drinking water contains minerals with both covalent and ionic bonds NOT colloidal inorganic metals or ions. 5.) Healthy drinking water has an abundance of excess electrons (acts as an anti-oxidant) 6.) Healthy drinking water, important for longevity, contains little or no calcium but plenty of magnesium 7.) Healthy drinking water is kept cool and protected from direct light 8.) Healthy drinking water that follows these guidelines has strong anti- inflammatory and longevity properties. 2.) When buying water: avoid traditional distilled water (for different reasons-involving another article); look for spring water with the least amount of calcium preferably under 45 ppm or mg/L and preferably with more magnesium; a pH under 7 is obviously the best but, as all water is transported from the source loses its carbonic acid causing the pH to rise, by adding a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice balance can be once again created." Since then, many studies have been done on Pi water in various fields, and today its usage is widely spread. Pi water is very similar to bodily liquid, characteristic wise, and is created by adding Ferric Ferrous Salt (Fe2Fe3) to water through ceramics. When Fe2Fe3 is added to ordinary tap water, it quickly breaks down the chlorine and suppresses the increase of excessive free radical, and also breaks down the water cluster to much smaller size. The purified and activated water with smaller clusters possesses a function of protecting cells from various stimulants. That is, Pi water is the water that eliminates negative substance in our body system, increases immunity, and possesses self-healing power" Source: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/279816.aspx
  • Neither of those...distilled is the safest while fasting.
  • I really like Well water. It tends to have a slight odor if you forget to tend to the well. I have found it is not as harsh as the water we have in Indy...I also like the fact that it is free, has iron in it, and seems to never run out.LOL....
