    This pill is ULTRACET
Ultracet is a prescription drug (37.5 mg Tramadol Hydrochloride/ 325 mg Acetaminophen).
    Used for pain.
This worked well for me with little side effects. Not as strong as Percocet but doesn't get you addicted, either.

This is a combination pain reliever (analgesic), which contains acetominophen and tramadol. This drug has the letters "O-M' on one side, the numbers "650" on the other, is pale yellow in colour, and is oblong with rounded ends. Acetominophen and tramadol are available separately or combined into one tablet. Tramadol has a stronger analgesic action than acetominophen.
