My GTA:Vice City won't let me into the boat yard to complete the 'fastest boat' mission. What could be wrong?

    Well, if there's a gate blocking your way into the boat yard, it could mean that you didn't get up to the mission in the game that lets you go into the boat yard. The other possible reason is that its another one of those glitches that the makers of this game left behind and such.

    me too man... me too.... theres a wall blocking the entrance .. but if you look with a rocket launcher and aim into the wall you can actually see the little pink marker where you should go,...you walk into the wall, rotate with right thumb joystick so that tommy turns around fully (180 degrees), then hold R1 and rotate back into the wall with the left joystick... you can see it but it won't let you go there! :( could it be because i used alot of cheats? i mean ... this really sux.
