I was recently told it it rob crow of pinback fame. he also did the commercial for discoverboating.com. unfortunately the song is not commercially available, it was made for the commercial. but a full release may be upcoming.

i was also told it was rob crow but i went to the clorox website and they have where you can watch all the commercials and listen to the music and that song is not rob crow it is rich wiley and the song is called smile here is the link to the clorox website you can look for yourself on the bottom right corner there is a pic of head phones and it says featured music and its the song from the commercial with the girl dancing on her dad's feet and the one with the baby in the highchair and its rich wiley here is the link
