It depends on what type of improvement you are looking for. If you want to be relaxed, try lavender. Patchouli can help calm you down. Something like Bergamot will improve the way you feel, increase the flow of creative juices, and will act more as a stimulant than the previous two. Those are the essential oils that I reach for when I need a pick me up. Hope it helps you.
