How random are your passwords?

Very random, to a point that sometimes, I forget them myself hehe.

It depends. Most of my passwords are NOT very random, but those are for things I consider to be low security and don't care much about. For things I DO care about (banking mostly), my passwords are fairly obtuse and dictionary attacks just would not work.

They started out ridiculously complex.. then I got sick on typing in 14 character so I went very random.. then the random one's starting getting order..getting added to.. I HATE passwords. I like the concept of Microsofts Card Space that could eliminate the necessity for passwords and logins. Back to my passwords.. anyone using a Diction Attack would be fairly disappointed..
