Is hydrocodone 10/500 stronger than hydrocodone/lortab 10/650?

Pretty much the same thing with a different amount of tylenol. Neither is 'stronger'.

Yes and no. The above is right that the 10 is the hydro and the 500 & 650 are the apap, but they make different doses of apap for a reason. The hydro reacts more with higher doses causing a better buzz. However, too much apap and you feel like crap. I personally go for the 10/500 because it's the highest amount of hydro with an in between amount of apap. The 325's do pretty much jack for me, and after about 8 650's or more, the nausea crap sets in. But the 500's are smooth sailing no matter how many I do.

It has the same affect to me. The only difference is 10/650 has a little bit more tylenol in it. But it is all the same...

tyhe only difference in the 2 is that the lortab 10-650 accually called lorcet only has 150mg more of tylenol

the answer is no they are both the same strenth, the only difference is that the lortab or lorcet 10 650 has 150 mg more of tylenol.

No the first #, 10 is the hydrocodone. the second # 500 or 650 is the acetaminophen, also known as tylenol. the toxic dose of acetaminophen in the average adult body is 4grams. the hydrocodone gives you the euphoria feeling and fast painrelief. the acetaminophen will have you feeling alittle nausea and heaviness.
