  • No. I would find a way to get rid of those employees.
  • No. I'd just find an "out of the way" place to hide the bodies.
  • I think I would mix some Ex-Lax in their coffee pot and watch them squirm.
  • My boss and co-workers prety much love me? I would have the harasser removed.
  • You'll have that anywhere you go, so quit running away from problems and deal with them once and for all.
  • No, I would complain about the harassers so much that the boss would have to do something.
  • If they had the leather like chairs I put lemon oil on the chairs and watch them slid off!!
  • Nah, I'd just put their resume on monster and help them find a better job. :oD
  • Nope I would just conjure up something to make their lives hell.
  • No..I would think that they are probably jealous because I have such a good relationship with most of the people at my job. Whenever they started harrassing I would just smile knowingly and let it roll right off, like water off a duck's back. ;-)
  • My experience has been, there is always going to be something that you don't like about your job. You are going to have to weigh carefully how to best address this issue. If you up and quit, you could have a worse problem elsewhere. If the stress level is getting to you, follow company procedure for handling a greivance. Try talking to the harasser first, if that doesn't work go up the chain of command. Don't burn any bridges, but if that doesn't work, get your resume updated and see what's out there.
  • No certainly not, I would carry on as if I did not notice them . If it came to a head I would face it out but no way would I throw away all the good for a little bad.
  • Ah...it sounds like my job and I am still there.
  • No; on your job the most important person to you is your boss. As long as he and you are cool, don't let trolls stand in your way. Do you realize you are in a similar situation here? Why do trolls find you so attractive? (-:
  • Hells no i'm not. i'm not gonna let a couple of rain drops ruin my day. hell bring on the whole storm. i'll be ready.
  • no,you can't have it all.
  • I wish I did quit or transfer because I got smeared off the job anyway.
  • I'd stick it out. My job is a huge place for gossip and there have always been nasty rumors spreading throughout the place and most of the people I work with are friends but there is a lot of backstabbing that goes on and well I just try to work through it all. I don't think it's worth leaving your job because of the few jerks who work there. Just smile and ignore them and hopefully they will stop harassing you.
  • Never. You can never have everybody having good terms with you. That is an utopian concept. But this should not be a reason to leave. Good salary and good boss is a much more important reason to stay.
  • I love my job, my boss and my pay. But I work with a BEAST who tortures me everyday! She belittles, talk down, and smirks at me. She has been the reason everyone in my position has quit. I have been here 1 1/2 years now. My boss knows the beast treats me like that and has given me a raise to put up with it. Beast is retiring at the end of '08. I believe my boss is grooming me for beasts position. Could that be why she is so evil, because she is jealous?
  • Don't quit until the boss starts. Employees don't worry.
  • No i wouldn't let people like that interfer with my job like that, i would ask them what there problem is and then address the sitution with my boss and let her know what the problem is.
  • No. I'd find a way to fix the problem.
  • No, in the scenario you have described, I'm about to get my third raise / promotion of the year ... when the alarm goes off and I fall out of bed crying because I have to go to my REAL job.
