I have tried Hatha & Kundalini, but vastly prefer the Chinese version of Taoist Esoteric Yoga and the deep internal changes that can be induced via proper meditations combined with Tai Chi motion exercises, in particular, the "Three Enlightenments of Kan & Li".

I used to practice Bikram Yoga. You do yoga in a humid room at about 100 degrees F. The most amazing feeling was the end of a 45 minute yoga session when they would open the door at the back of the room that led outside. It was about 50 degrees outside and the cool air would rush in and make you tingle all over.

The energized/Shakti feeling of unity with my mind & body. I forget about the benefits of the practice everytime-until afterwards in a resting state! It is soo cool.....!
