I've modified digital photos to look like paintings. Any ideas of where I can send them to get superb quality large prints made?

If you really want a top quality enlargement, find a good local photo lab with a large printer output. I used to own my own photo lab, it is always better to work with customer in person and tweak to their liking. Image Pros of Wisconsin does a superb job, I worked there for awhile and know the owner and employees are really great and quality-minded. They are online, and will work closely with you...
