Either vent to someone, watch a movie (i usually prefer drama romance or thriller) or eat. Even a light snack with some milk or juice can keep your stomach busy from the emptiness of anxiety.

Smoke Pot. I know its not legal...but it helps with that, upset tummy, headaches, aches and pains...insomnia... but its on you if you wanna or not. I wouldnt advise it but it does help.
