I love pearls. Diamonds could so easily be confused for any other clear stone or even glass, unless you know exactly what you are looking for. I don't really think of diamonds as anything special, except for it's monetary value.

Pearls. Diamonds are a dime a dozen, unless you're on the retail side. natural pearls are much more rare, and are beautiful without being cut and polished to resemble a shard of glass.

most def. diamonds but dont forget there are so many colors and shapes a diamond can come in i love them. pearls seem to be to refined and old just not my taste but they are beautiful especially the black pearl.

I've always thought pearls were kinda dorky, like just for old people or something. I'm not overly fond of diamonds either, unless they're colored. I'd take sapphires or emeralds over diamonds any day but my favorites are definitely rubies (red is my fav color)

Pearls. They are naturally perfect, unlike Diamonds which have to be cut, shaped and polished. And Pearls much more rare than diamonds. Also, no one has ever been killed over Pearl harvesting. And frankly, I find them much more classy.
