Yea...that's pretty crazy. Sometimes my questions get rejected for nonsense or duplicate but they are perfectly good questions that have never been asked before...I don't understand it...and I hate that there's nothing you can do about it. We need an appeal system.
That's happened to questions of mine when I asked more than the previous question. Maybe asking for more clarification or a different point of view. It doesn't seem to matter to them, though:-(
Just go down to feedback and ask the staff / make sure you click that you want a response back -- Might be a glitch or a mistake , it does happen sometimes
yeah there was another question that was consolidated into one that shouldn't have been.
one about how many people have you slept with?
and
how many people have you slept with in 48 hours?
how are those two similiar? they aren't as are the two you have posted.
They do not bother to check them and are too lazy...
Like this one...
'How are you feeling right at this moment..."
Judged to be the same as
'What are your emotions' All the comments and points passed over....It is why so many are not posting questions....and will eventually be the death of AB!...
Let it slide....no one cares...
I used to work in hotel housekeeping and one of the most common objects found was porn magazines

Room key

You're reading I don't understand why these two questions have been adjudged to be duplicates of each other. Is it a lack of intellect on my part that I don't understand? http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/427164/, http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/461245

There is an appeal system. E-mail the staff or use Feedback.

I agree completely! Let us appeal all our flags and have it checked by someone other than the first person who checked it.
However we would need a limit, for example, maybe only 1 appeal per day.

cool, I'm gonna start doing that! Thanks!

The problem with that is you NEVER get any response! An option to appeal, similar to an option to flag, would be a good thing imo.
