You can get to a computer, therefore you can get to a phone. Dial 112/999/911/whatever it is in your area and get to the hospital asap. Burns can be VERY serious and can cause serious long term damage if not treated properly.

I'm not a physician, nor do I profess to know too much about anything in the field, except for what I've been through in my life... I remember being very little, when hearing a story from my parents about my father getting 3rd degree burns on his hand from a vat of grease at a fast food restaurant. The owner of the restaurant apparently saw it happens and ran over to my father taking his very burnt hand he shoved it into the bucket of cut up onions. That night, my father said he didn't feel the pain from the burn and nor did his hand really blister. Since then, I ALWAYS have a sliced onion in a baggy in my freezer. Whenever anyone gets burned, or sunburned... I will put the slices of Onion on the burnt area... It has worked for me, and for everyone I have offered them to. Think about trying it. BTW: I don't believe the color of the onion matters, however, I usually use golden or brown onions. Take Care!!!
