I have a used memory card for PS2, how do i clear it completely from the previous user?

All you have to do is turn on the playstation2 without a disk in it and it will go to a screen. Go to browser and then choose the memory card that you want to delete stuff on. Then it will give you a list of things saved on that memory card. Go to the one you want to delete, press x on it, and then go to delete and press x.
