Why haven't some ''AB members'' have not returned to answerbag, in a long time?

I realize this is an old question. I am on a quest to help answer as many unanswered question that I can. I think for many different reasons. 1. banned 2. Bored 3. mad 4. vacation 5. school 6. change in life style Just to name a few

They probably got tired of all the drama created by the queens of dysfunctionality

Being an AB members just means that you open an account on Answerbag to be able to participate actively by posting questions, comments and answers. Most Answerbag users just open an account and don't even do anything, or just ask a couple of questions. Other try it for a while, don't like it very much and stop. There are also users who go very far in levels and who experience burn out. Many just don't want to spend all their life on here - or just cannot do it, for various reasons. Some also die. There are also some older people here - and you must not be old to die. If nobody else knows them, you will never know.

They have lives. The rest of us don't. ;-)

Many reasons, all starting with B. *Bored- they didn't find it interesting. *Burned Out- they liked it, spent tons of time here, then moved on. *Banned- they were deemed too heavy a burden to bear by AB Administration due to excessively poor behavior. *Bitching- they got tired of it. *Break- they like it, just needed some time away, will return. *Backstabbing- they got tired of people pretending to be a friend and then turning out to be quite the opposite. I'm sure there are more, but that's my list.

Some of the reasons: * They have been sent to the Penalty Box for 9,999 days (which effectively means a ban, or permanent suspension of the account) * Computer problems (Patti jo comes to mind) * No Internet access (Kitten comes to mind) * They have found other "addicting" websites (Royal77 spends so much time on Facebook. He still comes to AB, from time to time, but he's no longer that active) * They have become very busy (school, work, family life) * A few claimed they got bored with this site * Some of them have died (Nelson comes to mind)
