How can i send instant messages from my msn messenger to somebody's mobile phone?

If they have their mobile messenger hooked up to their phone so they receive msgs when away...but if they don't then i don't believe you can...but who knows...maybe there is a way

I sent my g/f messeges every day for acouple weeks, then it just stopped working...is there a limit to the messeges you can send from messenger to the phone??
