  • using a break... usually foot break is a better choice :)
  • well the way its done right (in my book) for a beginner is to get a HELMET, this is the most important step, whats the good of trying it once and dying, and a bike worth wrecking a time or two. I would start out at no more than 20mph and practice getting that back wheel up just a little, (get a feel for the brake) then slowly start shifting your weight forward while braking harder, the idea is to do baby steps first, you will be surprised that you can flip a sportbike at 20mph. another good idea for beginners is have lots of space(like a parking lot) and get to speed and then go into neutral then begin the stoppie (this way you dont have to hold the clutch in) as you get better you may be able to come out of a stoppie and go right into a wheelie. good luck!
