I never had any problems but i have seriously cut down my coffee intake. I drink mainly water and OJ and maybe one coffee a day

I always have too much caffeine...That's why I am up so late every night...

Too much coffee makes me sick to the stomach. Too much acid. I need at least 28 to 30 oz of fairly weak coffee to really wake up. I have allergies and sleep problems. Taking meds before I go to bed is essential. Coffee helps wake me up. (no meds needed)
