Have you ever noticed someone pointing you, like when they say "+" in the comments, but you never actually get any points?

Yes. but then I do not like the practise of telling people you are giving points. People either do or they do not . I always mark a question I answer and all answers to my questions, I do not think it is necessary to tell people that I am rating them.

I never did that. And never did anyone do that to me either. Maybe they got over the limit of points they could give you within a week OR they misclicked the button. Maybe it's not done on purpose... :)

I have noticed that sometimes the + button doesn't register. I + every non-offensive answer to my questions and sometimes notice that when I go back through that a few answers didn't receive the points I gave them. If that ever happens, please comment after my 'thank you' and bring my attention to it. ;)
