I don't like breaking rules and regulations, however I will do if the situation calls for it.

I don't know that I really like to break any. But I don't have any patience for rules that only exist for the sake of having rules, and there are many such rules at the company where I work. They don't allow people to talk on cell phones in the building, on the assumption that it's a personal call. I work in IT and I need my cell phone, and I make business calls on it, which is why the company gave it to me. So I use mine whenever I need to.
