Love that show : ) It took me a long while to realise that the REAL glue that held it together was not, as thought, 'Mr Humphries' but 'Mr Lucas' Inmann was brilliant, no doubt about it, but Lucas was the binding that held everything together for so long. Still -everyone of the original cast was so darn good as a team that it is hard to pick a 'favourite' I was astonished at how wretched the Movie they made was - they came across like the walking dead.

Miss Brahms - it's just a pity she turned into that miserable old bag, Pauline Fowler.

Mrs. Sugden and her 'pussy'. The double entendres are hilarious. Makes me laugh every time. Actually I am going home to watch an episode when I am done here. We just had one where she called her neighbor and asked him to look thru the leter slot and if he could see her pussy to drop a few sardines in. Love that humor in the UK sitcoms.

I love them all, but Mrs. Slocombe is most assuredly the funniest to me.
-
Mr. Humphries. He's so funny and John Inman played him brilliantly.
