Never...I ALWAYS buy used. The depreciation on vehicles is such that it's the only way that makes sense to me.

September thru November. The next years models roll onto the lot mid-fall, so they push (with deals) to get out the current year's models to make room.

the best time of the year to buy a car is when your income tax comes in, because just like your buying there are lots of people selling cars to get new ones. good deals.
