It doesn't help. I wipe the seat down real quick (in case someone left the seat a little wet) but in all honesty, the skin of your rear end is MUCH cleaner than, say, the skin on your HANDS. No kidding. I mean, think about it. You wear some sort of bottom article of clothing pretty much all the time. The only place you ever really *put* it is in a chair. Your hands are naked and get into... everything. You use these to eat, folks! That's why people tell you to WASH YOUR HANDS. The average toilet seat is cleaner than the average doorknob. If you don't have some sort of cut or sore on your butt, you cannot catch a disease or any such from a toilet seat.

No I did not the first cubical at Tesco's had paper but it was not very clean so went into the other one and did my business only to find no paper URG
