In my opinion there is no such age.

After one is 100 years of age they are beginning to get old.

IMO, 70-80+.

Gee, I just don't think of people being 'old'. Even my parents in their 70s I don't think of old. Now maybe my mother-on-law at 94 is old but she's so sweet I'd never call her old. I say she's 94 years young even with dementia. Old isn't how you look. It's how you feel. No one can say that about you.
