Help answer this question below.

My grandfather passed away recently. My mother (his daughter) passed away 13 years ago, and my younger sister passed away this past Jan '07. After my grandfather passed, I felt a very strong (bad) presence behind me. I don't understand. Help!

    Do not fear, hold the love you shared with them in your heart it is very real, it is what you are, it is what they are.

    Have faith child, look this is a Good Presence.

    Father Light Please! Aum, Heal this mind, quench the darts from around this child, Heal this Soul with Peace amplified into Mind and Body. Peace is more powerfull then any bad vibration you make.

    Understand that you cause your own suffering, you feel a loss even though you are complete, and this is impossible. Don't worry there are plans for all of you, just hold your families love, you all share it Now.

    Call on Christ, find Yoga Meditation, and Pranayama, do these breathing techniques, find a rhythm to your breath, you'll be fine but make effort to be healed and be whole, and calm, there is no reason not to be, that is How were Created to Be.

    You were very close, huh? That bad presence is only your conscious and the feeling of dread with your grandfather gone. Fear of losing loved ones and life without them...

    Usually in situations like this it's a very bad idea to "do it yourself" if you have no prior experience with the occult. I would suggest finding a local sorce for help (I.E. priest,medium,practitoner of the arts). Have you tried posting this question in the local Q&A section of this site?
