In my case its give up beer, this is not going to happen :-) Healthy food and excercise helps, I may take a walk to the pub later.

Stop eating and drinking rubbish and every evening play the drums on your belly for half hour with two wooden oars.

Lots and lots of sex!

through lots of cardio exercise (running, swimming, aerobics, walking) - and some sit-ups. Most people struggle to loose belly fat (i do), but it just takes commitment to achieve anything in the world!

I walk 10 kilometers every Saturday. And I do at least 50 sit-ups everyday. I also don't sit after I eat something. I stand for a few minutes. That's why my tummy is flat hehehehe

1) Cut down on the carbs. 2) do a sensible ab-workout every day, and then 3) do LOW intensity exercize (where your heart rate's between 110 and 120 bpm) for HOURS at a time. An inclining treadmill in front of the tube is perfect for this. It normally takes 30 minutes of exercize for your body to burn through the glycogen stored in the muscles and another 30 minutes to burn through the sugars in your system, so you don't start burning fat until you've been exercizing for an hour -- but everything after that point is gravy ... almost literally. Doing that I lost 40 pounds in 2 months, went from a 42" to 34" waist, and have kept it off for 6 years. Alternatively, there's always lyposuction.

You can't spot-reduce, but I read the best way to do it is to eat healthy and exercise focused on running/jogging and weight training. Healthy diet matters the most. So if you eat poorly, it won't matter how much you exercise. You'll still have the belly fat. Don't listen to Payton, btw. Lots of sex works for some, but not for others. In a relationship I had in my 20s, I and my bf had sex 7-9 times a week. And we were still fat-asses.
