How do I delete emailed information (answers, comments, etc) when I have finished with them?

You can't as far as i know

If you go to the tools/options link, you should be able to find something along these lines for incoming mail: Delete entirely... or words to that effect. It means the incoming messages, when you delete them, are history. When you just "delete" them, they go into the deleted folder and just sit there.
