Yeah, they call it a Florida Room. Many homes have them. They even sell a screen enclosure that fits a garage door. They have a regular sized swinging door built into them so you can get out.

Who know? Florida's laws are all screw up. I would read the law books to find out they change every year and or ask a money hungry attorney for there advise and hand over $1,500 for a retainer fee. A free talk with them over the phone, Ha,ha,ha that is so funny.The might aswell say my name is Ben dover and see how it feels attorneys at law.
