Whenever i try to add a comment it says to you must confirm your account in order to comment or confirmation instruction what does this mean and how do i do this

you would have received an email from "Answerbag Admin" <admin@answerbag.com>,with the subject "Answerbag registration, please click to confirm" just open that mail and you will see " IMPORTANT: To comment on or rate answers on the site, confirm your account by clicking here:" just open up the link and and there u can confirm your account,hope so it is clear.
