It is just because you don't masturbate? Foreskin just as other important skin softens up a lot in a hot shower or bath. Using natural oils, like olive oil, is great to massage it. This can help losen it naturally. Don't tug hard... you could rip it and make a mess. Don't even consider surgery. Try non-evasive techniques because you will always be able to keep your foreskin intact and avoid mutilation.

How old are you? Having no real concept of your age, it is difficult to judge whether or not your foreskin is "too" tight. The prepuce of a fairly young boy may be fairly tight. As Cheamigo suggests, masturbation is partially designed to encourage a young boy's foreskin to enlarge and in time, to retract during erection. This stretching process does not always work, depending upon how often a boy masturbates, and upon the relative "tightness" of the foreskin opening. Men and boys who have a tight foreskin can encourage retraction through the simple exercise described below. With your fingers, pull your foreskin out, away from your body. Insert a finger or two and stretch the opening, as though you were holding open a sack. Pull gently but firmly ... to the point of pain, but not beyond. Hold the stretch for up to five minutes and repeat the exercise two or three times each day. This exercise will encourage the growth of new skin cells, which is why the process takes time. Keep at it and you'll eventually find success. I won't here explain why retraction is so valuable, but rest assured that having a foreskin, a fully-functional, retractable foreskin, is an essential element of normal sexual expression. I understand your problem... The normal foreskin should go comfortably over the head, but this can be prevented due to a short frenulum or foreksin tightness. To cure tightness, just pull back as far as you can, then a little more. After a few weeks/months depending on severity, you should be able to comfortably pull back the foreskin. I cured mine in just over a week- but i figure i had a mild case. Moisturisers or doing it in the bath help a lot.
