Question

Help answer this question below.

I received a citation for "failure to stop while leaving a private drive". It was 2 AM and there was no traffic and no stop sign. Is there a way to fight this one?

Basically, the laws are in effect 24-7. I am not familiar with that particular traffic law, since its non-existant in my state. maybe, the officer, at that time of the morning, thought you had just committed a crime, since you left a private drive in such a hurry. the police will never know, unless they make a traffic stop and check things out. I am sure there was a good reason.
