  • look into what your eating, some foods can cause things to grow like breasts, butts, thighs and other body parts. go find a Nutritionist. And btw- keep those breasts supported with a good bra!
  • I think I speak for all the males on AB when I say it is impossible to give an accurate answer without seeing photographs ;) Seriously though, while there is likely a genetic factor to this that you can't do anything about, breasts are largely fat deposits, so reducing the amount of fat you consume and also increasing your levels of exercise are worth considering. If you already have a very healthy, active lifestyle and weigh 120lbs or so then these will be less effective, but I would be surprised if you were.
  • At a 32 band, you are likely very slim. Diet and exercise doesn't offer much in the way of reduction, in my experience. I, too, am a 32 band with a large cup---DD pre-pregnancy, DDD/EE/F post-pregnancy. I've come to realize over the years that "them's the breaks." It has more to do with genetics than anything. The best advice I can offer is to concentrate on finding and wearing good, supportive bras, ALWAYS: even just five years ago it was nearly impossible to find good bras sized by small band/large cup, but now there are plenty of options available. I wouldn't recommend surgery until you are at least in your mid-20s (until your growth has stabilized) or until after you have children (if you think you will want to), because your breast size will change during these phases of your life. Also, exercise IS very important: it won't do much to change your breast size, but it will help you build a strong support system: an average size D pair of breasts weighs about 19 pounds. Don't ignore the importance of good posture, and be sure to build strong, lean back and shoulder muscles to support the load; strong chest muscles help lift and support, too. Yoga and Pilates is great for large-breasted women: low impact and very effective for targeting the regions needed for good support. Hang in there!
  • I also have a size 32 F (I'm actually just 16 right now) and I was curious as to where you find your bras at. I've only been this size for less than a year now and I've had the worst time shopping.
  • Im an expert at this kind of stuff! Just send me a photograph!
  • They might get bigger when you get pregnant but as long as you don't gain weight you should be fine. Your boyfriend is so lucky :))
  • I am curious as to where you buy your bras, I am currently a 32 F also and I can't find any decently priced bras anywhere.
