  • i think getting paid very little will end up sucking and will make you lose interest in your job, because lets face it, in a capitalist society, we all need a bit of money for conspicuous consumption which we all love. id just go for the intellectually challenging and well paying job, i find that exciting in the end
  • I prefer the high-paying boring job. The money would keep me going for sure.
  • Police Officer. Its a job you love, but it will never make you rich. Its never boring. there is not enough time to be bored. Every day is a new experience. I once guarded over one million dollars cash over the Christmas Holidays, one year. i was bored to death. the salary was fantastic, but the hours seemed like days.

  • i think the job you love. thats how i am now. i work at hot topic. and i love going into work. i wear what i want and listen to amazing music and talk to new people everyday about stuff i usually talk about. i love it. i dont mind working at all. downside i only get 5.85 an hour. everyone is like thats crap you should quit. but it surpisingly doesnt bother me at all cause i love my job. id rather enjoy going into work everyday then hate my job.
  • Well, I had good paying jobs that I hated but kept them because I needed the money. Now, I am lucky enough to have a hubby who enjoys his good paying job, so I could work for little at something I enjoyed (if I could find something)! I'd always rather do something I love, but I'll do whatever I have to when I have to.
  • I'd rather do something I love. I taught for years and now am a stay at home mom. Neither job pays well monitarily, but I love what I do and feel I get somethign $$ can't buy, happiness.
  • The well paid job, but in case you have enough of free time for yourself-the money can provide you lots of things you love and enjoy besides your work. If you work for a small salary-you get satisfaction at work but you can't travel a lot, you cannot eat different healthy food you like because it's expensive, you can't buy anything cool, see concerts and other events often... That's the true. But it can be okay for some ppl.
  • A low paid but happy job which I love of course. 8 boring hours a day -- that costs too much for life!
  • Do something you love, & even get paid for doing it. WOW!!!!!
  • i am considering that at the moment. I would ideally like my first job to be something i like doing.. money isn't that important at the moment because i am lucky enough to still be living at home, so the bills aren't so much my responsibility yet.. though i would like to help out with the bills. I don't NEED to buy much, and i think that not having loads of money will make me appreciate it more, especially if i am working at something which makes me happy :)
