No, but it can help. However, as we get older, looking good, by society's standards, gets harder and harder. So feeling good depends more on how much you like who you are, not what you look like. If you are fortunate enough to find that one person who loves you for who you are, (I have been that lucky), you always look good to them and vice versa. In the feeling good category, it can't be beat.

Whenever I look alright, i feel better. When you know that something isn't entirely right and you are concious about it, then yeah, you won't feel as good. Why not take a little extra time to look better to feel better. It really does work.

No, I can feel pretty good when I'm camping or kicking it with my dogs, but looking good can certainly be a factor in MAKING you feel good!

Not necessarily. If you are a positive person and have control of your mind and emotions, to you, you will always be looking good.

Look good as in dress? Yeah I mean I'll feel sexier when I'm dressed sexy and I'll feel better about myself. But my actual FACE? I don't judge how I look physically. I don't look like the lagoon creature so I'm good. Plus I don't worry to much about others opinion :p.

Yes....that is one reason I don't go out much other than to work. I have issues with how I look and yes I am trying to get better about being so critical of myself:)
