    As Farrino so delicately put it: its when you use your tongue to lick and stimulate someone's anus (licking the butt cheeks doesn't count!) Sounds yuck if you've not done it before, but drives plenty of people wild. On the downside its not particularly hygenic- just remember to brush your teeth before your mother in law comes to tea.
