Nah - about 15 years ago I was being very annoyed with a car going 35 in a 45 zone, but when I passed the car I saw that the driver was a 5-foot-tall nun who looked about 80 years old hunched over the steering wheel. So, just on the off-chance that it's her again, I just wait until I can pass - it's easier on my stress levels too.

No. The speed limit is the speed at which you should drive when conditions are favorable. So, when I'm going 35 in a 45 because it's raining and the road is slick, don't honk at me!

When it's because somebody shouldn't be driving because they are reading a map, talking on their cell phone, applying make up, or are just too old to be driving (yes yes kill me now) than I am very tempted, but I rarely do. However, if it's because of the conditions (School Zone, Snow, Rain, etc) I don't, because I am usually the one going under the speed limit. As for those who are too old to drive, please realize by this I mean those who not only drive 10-20 MPH under the speed limit, but also put others in danger because they can no longer drive safely.

depends on the situation, if its say a 100 zone and theyre going 80ks i dont even care, but if its a 50 zone and theyre going 20-30 then i might consider it if theyre doing it for a prolonged period of time

I tend to be a flasher, most of the roads I drive on are 4 lane roads, and when there's people obstructing my lane (the left lane) I flash my lights, but people in New Mexico are too stupid to know what I'm trying to tell them.
